Try to log out and clear your browser cache, close your browser. Open your browser and
try logging in again.
Make sure you are using the most updated version of your browser. Try using Google
Chrome or Firefox. Avoid using Internet Explorer and Safari when possible.
If none of the above work, take a screenshot of the error if possible, if not please
write down in as much detail as possible:
What the error says.
Exactly what you did to get the error (what page you were viewing etc).
The name of your school or fair and your username.
Your project ID if applicable.
Contact us and
include all of the above information.
I have some feedback I would like to share in regards to Scienteer.

I'm having issues with my project.
Contact your teacher or your school first. If they can't assist you they can forward
your issue to your Regional Fair or to Scienteer.
My parents did not receive the permission e-mail so I can setup my
account.
Enter your school registration link in your browser (the one you used to register).
Click "Resend" parent e-mail. Type in the e-mail address.
Try to resend to a different e-mail address. Some service providers block the e-mails,
try a Gmail or Hotmail e-mail address, most of those e-mails go through without problem.
Have your parents check their junk or spam. The e-mail will come from
newaccounts@scienteer.com.
Contact your teacher and let them know the issue you are having.

I'm a Fair Admin, SRC Member, or IRB member and I can't find my fair's
projects.
Make sure that you have your fair selected from the sidebar. To do this, select your
role
on the sidebar (e.g., Fair Administrator, SRC Member, etc) and then select your fair
from the submenu that appears. Your fair's name will now be displayed at the top of your
dashboard.
If you are an SRC Member or IRB Member, you may not have any projects to review yet.
Your
project lists won't be populated until there are projects ready for review.

Why is all of this so complicated?!
Scienteer's science fair management system abides by all of ISEF's
mandated rules and procedures for participating in their fairs. This means that we must
guide students through dozens of possible forms that must be completed in a very
particular
order. We do our best to make the process as simple as possible, but in the end we have
to make sure that ISEF's procedures are met in order to make sure that students aren't
disqualified.
